The objective of this employability gap assessment is to (i) assess the business opportunity for the private sector in Mexico (including those companies relocating to Mexico and those expanding their operations in the context of nearshoring initiatives) to hire FDP; (ii) provide a clear picture of the current professional skillset of FDP and the gaps with the employment opportunities identified in (i); and (iii) identify the opportunities for educational service companies to up-skill and re-skill FDP so they can be inserted in the formal labor market
