Správa železnic; státní organizace (“SZ” or “Client”); the national railway infrastructure manager of Czechia; wishes to procure the Moravian Gate High Speed Rail line (the “Project”) in the form of an availability-based Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) (the “PPP Transaction”).
