This assignment is for a baseline data collection for an impact evaluation of the  Productive Social Action Program (PASP) in Mozambique. The impact evaluation is realized by Development Impact (DIME) of the World Bank in collaboration with government counterparts (MTGAS and INAS). The data collection will take place in 10 districts across 5 provinces in Mozambique. The contracted vendor will perform a short baseline survey with all eligible PASP beneficiaries identified by the project in that community.
