The main objective of this assignment is to prioritize investments (for example; but not limited to; potential water supply investment alternatives) to increase the resilience and performance under changing climatic and other conditions of the water supply system of Bogotá and the metropolitan area. This study will quantitatively assess the climate change risks of water management and development alternatives compared to other identified non-climate change risks. The study will ultimately aim to develop a roadmap; prioritization of investments; and financing plan for a phased adaptation leading to increased multi-dimensional resilience of Bogotá and the metropolitan area's water resources system using Decision-Making Under Uncertainty (DMDU) methodologies.
