Complete Title:  Stocktaking of Global Efforts at Digital Transformation of Refugee Camps and Host Communities and Recommendations for a Systematic ApproachDescription: Under this ToR; a firm will systematically evaluate global efforts at digitalization of refugee camps and settlements and host communities to date and provide actionable recommendations toward the development of a programmatic and systematic approach to digital transformation in refugee and host community settings built on partnerships between development institutions; humanitarian actors; civil society organizations and private sector firms and associations.
