The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is seeking a specialized consulting firm to support a workshop on Digital Invoice Finance Origination (DIFO) and assist in developing an operational blueprint and project plan for a verifiable; interoperable due diligence framework for trade asset origination.The workshop; to be held from March 13–14; 2025; aims to align market stakeholders and develop a structured step-by-step roadmap for implementing interoperable digital finance solutions. The expected impact includes reducing due diligence costs and enhancing the trust and efficiency of SME trade finance transactions.The selected firm will support IFC before; during; and after the workshop; ensuring successful execution and documentation of outcomes.Key Objectives:*Assess and refine the workshop scope; objectives; and structure.*Provide expertise on verifiable and interoperable due diligence methodologies.*Develop a draft blueprint framework to guide discussions.*Assist in the preparation of participants and workshop materials.*Facilitate workshop sessions and moderate discussions.*Document workshop findings and key takeaways.*Develop a project implementation roadmap; outlining processes and protocols for pilot implementation.
