The objective of this engagement is to support the HNP-LAKP capacity to deliver at scale and enhancing its effectiveness by providing specialized services in areas of (1) pedagogical and methodological facilitation; (2) training of experts on essentials of adult learning; pedagogy and learning effectiveness; (3) design and implementation of staff onboarding induction programs; and (4) learning events management.
