This study aims to identify and analyze the funding sources required for Ecuador's second NDC initiatives; for both conditional (requiring external financing) and unconditional scenarios. It aims to detail potential funding entities or partners in the short; medium; and long term to assess the impact of NDC initiative on the General State Budget; the Four-Year Budget Programming; and macroeconomic projections. This analysis will enable structured financial planning; facilitating the effective execution of NDC initiatives each fiscal year through the identified funding sources.
