IFC DigiLab GenAI is an acceleration program designed to enhance GenAI capacities in financial institutions; based on the renowned DigiLab methodology. IFC will subcontract a specialized firm to design and pilot the first DigiLab GenAI cohort. The selected firm will provide expert guidance and a technical environment for testing GenAI use cases. The scope of work includes supporing FIs develop their Enterprise GenAI Strategy; conducting workshops and training sessions; offering mentoring services; and providing ongoing support during the project duration. Additionally; the firm will facilitate the creation; testing; and deployment of GenAI models; monitor their performance; and offer optimization recommendations.
