The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training aims to develop training modules and materials based on BPDLH documentation to support M&E training of implementing partners and staff involved in BPDLH projects. The objectives of the M&E training are as follows:1.      Improve the capacity of stakeholders and training participants to manage; monitor; and evaluate projects effectively; ensuring that interventions align with project and institutional objectives; and desired outcomes.  2.      Develop effective; easily understood and accessible varied training materials to support M&E training to a range of participants.3.      Develop standardized training modules; materials; and formats to harmonize monitoring and evaluation efforts across projects and programs at the IEF.4.      Ensure training materials integrate the IEF’s Theory of Change (ToC) framework and focus on the entire project life cycle.
