This climate-health operational toolkit (CHOT) is being developed to support the implementation of climate-health actions. The objective of the toolkit is to provide implementation guidance; technical modules; case studies and examples and a framework for monitoring and evaluating (the CHOT) on implementation considerations to scale up climate-health action in health operations.
