The World Bank seeks a firm to support the formulation of advice and guidance to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in implementing initiatives that could contribute to increased adoption of digital payments by pilgrims visiting the Kingdom as follows:*       Collect and analyze data on the payment landscape and usage patterns of pilgrims.*       Develop detailed country profiles highlighting payment infrastructure; preferences; and digital adoption.*       Create hypothetical pilgrim personas and identify opportunities and roadblocks for digital payment adoption.Provide strategic recommendations to encourage digital payment adoption among pilgrims.
