The objective of the assignment is to inform the World Bank’s policy dialogue with the Government of Egypt and the RTA to respond to the request for technical support; focusing on the following aspects: 1)    1) Supporting the development of a strategic roadmap for strategic infrastructure development projects and IWT service operations; which includes private; public and public-private partnership (PPP) financing.        2) Advising on the river transport vessel design standards and specifications aligned with global good practices to enable private sector investment in vessel building toward green; safe; and resilient transport of specialized goods.
