The Project will request the following services of the Consultant during the period from October 2024 through June 2025:  (i)     Deliver 180 physical/offline training and coaching sessions to 2 partner FIs on HMF product promotion. Each session shall include:-          an overview training on the HMF product and its related tools; -          a detailed training on the use of the graphic construction calculator on the example of all types of housing improvements available in the tool;-          an on-the-job training on active/ cross sales on the example of the HMF product; and -          a sales coaching session as part of the direct marketing session in public places such as markets; schools; local administration offices; etc. As part of the training session; the Consultant shall also follow-up the status of cooperation of FIs with construction materials suppliers partnering with the Project and shall either resume the work with them or assist FIs in the selection of alternative supplies to work with. Each coaching session shall be 5-6 hours long. The methodology of training sessions delivery and their schedule are to be approved by the Project. Trainings shall be performed in the offices of partner FIs located throughout the country covering following regions: Sughd; DRS; Khatlon and Pamir. The Consultant shall oversee all the costs associated with training visits to the regions (transportation; B&B; etc.).
