The World Bank seeks a consulting team to support Paraguay’s Vice Ministry of Transport (VMT) in its preparation of pre-feasibility analysis and preliminary design for a ‘green corridor’ project in the Metropolitan Area of Asunción. The consulting work will include demand analysis; preliminary design of infrastructure; operational plan; cost estimate and financial analysis; as well as other pre-feasibility level analysis for a dedicated bus lane corridor featuring low emission buses including electric buses in the in one of Asunción’s main road corridors the PY02–Av. Eusebio Araya corridor.
