IFC is looking for a third-party inspection company (consulting firm) who will be responsible for conducting initial inspections of warehouse operators outsourced by the Warehouse Receipt System Council (WRSC) for the purpose of certification of warehouse operators. These inspections are crucial for ensuring that warehouse operators comply with the legal and regulatory framework and will be conducted in accordance with the WRS Act 2019; WRS Regulations 2021; guidelines and standards stipulated by the WRSC. The WRSC is mandated by the Warehouse Receipt System Act No. 8 of 2019 to oversee the inspection and certification of warehouse operators that participate in the Warehouse Receipt System (WRS).
