The ISCA (IFC SUPPORT FOR G-20 COMPACT WITH AFRICA INITIATIVE) multi-donor facility: In March 2017; a facility was established to support the CwA agenda with a view to providing technical assistance to Compact countries to implement policy reforms.ISCA’S objective is to provide support for enhancing impact and unlocking sustainable; inclusive private sector investment opportunities in selected countries on the African continent. The current duration of the Agreement is from December 21; 2017 to June 30; 2024; when it will operationally close. This evaluation seeks to answer the overarching question
