The assignment aims to support the WB to advice the government to enhance the citizen-centric design for service delivery at the State Migration Service with a focus on citizenship and residency life event. The design will lead to the implementation of innovative digital technologies across all stages of citizenship and residency services; including granting and termination of citizenship and registration of residency/addresses. The objective is to leverage design thinking and citizen-centric design approaches to enhance citizen experience; reduce manual interventions and ease the workload on back-office staff. The ultimate solutions will be designed to be scalable; extensible; and interoperable; aligning with Armenia's digital architecture to support long-term efficiency and integration.
