IFC and M-Pesa Mozambique seek to recruit a company with expertise on sales and portfolio customer management for a period of to 12 months to:1. Retain the existing portfolio of active merchants; and identify cross and upsell opportunities. 2. Reactivate all the dormant merchant accounts and ensure they start transacting with a minimum of 5 transactions on the first month.3. Monitor; train and support all merchants on the day to day queries and usage of paga facil and mini pagafacil where applicable ensuring a continuous interest on the promotion of payments trough paga facil in each merchant point of sell. 4. Increase the actual transaction volumes by driving customer flow to the merchant outlets.5. Drive awareness of M-Pesa’s value-add services and the products available through the merchant network.
