This large-scale survey is expected to have a sample size of around 1000 firms in 2-3 states. The sample may be stratified by location characteristics to ensure adequate coverage of firms that are especially vulnerable to shocks such as floods and heat.  The scope of the work involves the following; among others: *         Identifying and securing or generating relevant and up-to-date sample frames. *         Finetuning a sampling strategy based on guidelines provided by the WB. *         Translating the draft questionnaire provided by the WB into the local language.*         Field testing and finalizing questionnaire through a pilot.  In additional; a pre-pilot may be necessary to test and finetune complex questions for eliciting firm beliefs and preferences. *         Conducting face-to-face interviews with firms. *         Data entry; cleaning and timely delivery of data in STATA format.   INDIVIDUAL/FIRM PROFILE The consultant will be a firm.  SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTSThe World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services.
