IFC would like to hire a consulting firm (consortium) with regulatory expertise relevant to the construction sector and GB to work on developing an incentive scheme for green buildings in Egypt. This would include cooperating with key focal points in Housing and Building National Research Center (HBRC) and other stakeholders from the public; private and financial sectors; through extensive consultation sessions to design an adequate incentive scheme for certified GB projects in Egypt.
