Develop a Travel Demand Management (TDM) strategy focused on on-street parking and road pricing strategies; that allow Lima to reduce travel by the less efficient and least sustainable private modes and encourage the use of sustainable and active modes. The scope of work includes: (i) Elaborate a work plan describing all the tasks with their corresponding products; (ii) Conduct a review and assessment of the regulations; policies; programs and projects related to on-street parking and road pricing strategies in Lima; (iii) Benchmark national or international experiences and best practices in regulatory; institutional; technical; technological; and financial aspects that are relevant for the development of TDM strategies in Lima; (iv) Develop a TDM strategy for Lima focused on policies and programs and (v) Define a detailed roadmap of the regulatory; institutional; technical and technological aspects required to implement the proposed TDM strategy.
