The World Bank seeks to engage an agency/organization to bring global knowledge and emerging best practices within in India to inform ICMR in the development of CERC plan including design and delivery of health communication strategy. In addition; the selected agency/organization will provide support related capacity building of ICMR and its partner agencies in undertaking the research study on community engagement and risk communication (CERC)
