EDGE (“Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies”) is a green building certification system focused on making buildings more resource efficient.  IFC is seeking a capable Consulting Firm (the “Firm”) to provide technical supports on EDGE certification for a commercial bank in China (the “Client”). The objectives of this engagement are as follows: *       Assist the Client in piloting EDGE certification for its one (1) existing branch in Shandong Province (the “Project”) and ensure compliance with EDGE standards and criteria.*       Provide guidance on sustainable design to optimize resource efficiency for the Client’s new branches and help the Client to analysis the cost-and-benefit of adopting the green-building design
