IFC is seeking to hire a consultancy firm for a comprehensive Regulatory and Market Assessment of Pakistan's Green Building Sector. The assignment's primary goal is to evaluate the regulatory and business landscapes; pinpoint necessary requisites for market development; and gauge investment potential within the sector. The focus is on identifying gaps; opportunities; and barriers to both private and public sector investments; encompassing current market dynamics; required market development initiatives; investment catalysts; and entry points for private capital. The assessment will delve into long-term potential; market interventions; and the macroeconomic impact of green buildings in Pakistan. It shall take a comprehensive approach; examining regulatory; financial; technological; social; environmental; academic; and business aspects.
