The overall objective of the Rwanda MICE destination audit is to assess and benchmark the country’s current MICE offering; identify gaps and opportunity areas for development including specific investment opportunities and enabling measures. This is expected to inform development of a comprehensive MICE strategy to achieve ambitions for the industry.
