The International Finance Corporation (IFC) intends to assist PT SMI and the Government of West Java Province (also known as the Government Contracting Agency or GCA) in structuring a PPP Concession for the procurement and installation of the signaling and rolling stock and O&M of the selected Greater Bandung Light Rail Transit (LRT) corridor through a competitive bidding process (the “Project”). An Outline Business Case (OBC) previously conducted for the Babakan Siliwangi-Leuwipanjang (North South Corridor) and the Leuwipanjang-Tegalluar route (East West Corridor).  One of the two above routes will be selected for further feasibility study and transaction.
