IFC’s C3P shall hire a technical consultant (engineering firm) to advise it and its client (a Granting Authority in Brazil) in the critical review and elaboration of technical aspects required for the structuring of 1 concessions/PPP  for Line 2 (operational in expansion); Line 15 (operational in expansion) and Line 22 (greenfield line) from SP Metrô.IFC shall seek for engineering firms that can support:- Basic Engineering Design according to the local Concession/PPP legislation- Elaboration of CAPEX/OPEX estimates- Elaboration of Service level agreements (SLAs) and operational key performance indicators (KPIs)- Elaboration of technical annexes that will embed the concession agreement- Support IFC; client and other consultants in the clarification of Q&A section of the bidding procedures
