IFC is seeking a E&S Consultant to work on the advisory of key E&S issues related to a rail project pertaining to a subnational entity in Brazil. This consultant will build upon a Phase 0 E&S assessment to be performed as part of another contract; already developed by another Consultant. This assessment for Phases 1&2 will identify key E&S flags and bottlenecks to be later worked during structuring phase.This E&S consultant shall work on:- E&S assessment of the railway system according with the IFC Performance Standards and local E&S framework- Generate E&S Capex/Opex estimations- Prepare technical annexes of the PPP agreement
