The purpose of this consultancy assignment is to measure changes resulting from the positive parenting intervention piloted as child protection component under the World Bank-financed Nutrition Improvement through Cash and Health Education (NICHE) in Kilifi County. The assignment also aims to develop a methodology for baseline data collection and to establish baseline data in one sub-county which has not yet received the intervention. The Study will also make practical recommendations on the monitoring framework for the child protection component under NICHE; in view of its anticipated scale-up.
