The project seeks to elicit women’s willingness to pay for safety versus flexibility (working from home) separately; and its productivity effects. The objective of this consultancy is to help the research team in implementing the field experiment in Gurugram in Haryana; India. More precisely; the objectives of the consultancy are as follows: (a) recruiting women subjects for the field study; (b) coordinate with the fabricator to collect the garments from the fabricator and deliver to the women workers who prefer to work at home; (c) designing contracts for the workers; (d) training the workers; (e ) Supervising the bus service; and (f) conducting baseline and endline surveys. The quantitative surveys will take place in person; if it becomes difficult to conduct in-person surveys due to any unexpected emergencies such as COVID-19 related or other restrictions; the surveys will be conducted over the phone after consultation with the WB Team.
