The International Finance Corporation (IFC)  has been mandated by the Government of Tunisia to support with the preparation and delivery of its green program for the phosphate sector. The program includes: (i) a slurry pipeline to transport phosphate from the mining basin to the washing plants; (ii) a 100;000 m3/day desalination plant and (iii) a renewable energy plant. IFC is seeking to hire a Communications Consultant to develop a Stakeholder Engagement and Communication Plan to support IFC and the Client in managing all communications aspects related to project implementation; including engagement with main stakeholders and communicating about the government objectives for the initiative; public benefits; and the need for partnering with the private sector. The Communications Consultant will help identify the most relevant stakeholders; design a Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Plan; and support the Clients in conveying positive; adequate messages about this project in a consistent manner.
