As part of its cybersecurity strategy; Senelec would like to carry out a security assessment of its Information System in order to correct any vulnerabilities and update its risk register. With financing from the World Bank Cybersecurity Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) under the PADAES project; Senelec is looking for end-to-end support in auditing its critical IT and OT systems and assessing risks. The present mission consists in carrying out a global audit on the security of Senelec's IS and notably to: assess the vulnerability of Senelec's entire information system; ensure delivery of IT and OT services in line with user expectations and requirements; map the IS risks to which Senelec is also exposed and its impact on production;  make recommendations to mitigate identified risks; and develop an implementation program for specific solutions and recommendations.
