The overarching objective of this consultancy is to operationalize findings of the Impactful Women: Examining Opportunities and Constraints for Women in Mining Organizations Worldwide report; and therefore strengthen the capacity and impact of WIM organizations.Specifically; the consultancy will support the development and delivery of targeted training modules to build capacity of WIM organizations and address the challenges that hinder WIM organizations’ ability to fulfil their mission of supporting women in mining.
