The Leadership Training aims to equip senior leaders of official institutions that manage assets (central banks; public pension funds; sovereign wealth funds; international financial institutions (IFIs); and other public asset management institutions) with expertise and tools to lead organizational change effectively; fostering stakeholder buy-in and staff engagement. In this context; the WB Treasury; RAMP seeks a leading academic institute based in Europe (Offeror); which shall lead the program's design; preparation; and delivery. The curriculum should enable the cohort to (a) act as catalysts for change in their organizations; (b) lead their institutions to implement meaningful change during times of crises; (c) be an empowering leader while in the dual role of a first responder manager and d) cultivate innovation and adaptability.
