Developing and operationalizing of an implementation plan for Nigeria’s Business Facilitation Act (BFA) 2022 in support of Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC)’s efforts: conduct gap assessment and develop implementation plan; design capacity building plan; revise and update PEBEC’s current BFA compliance tracking protocol and methodology; support PEBEC Secretariat in delivering strategy and implementation support to relevant federal ministries; departments; and agencies.
