The International Finance Corporation (IFC) is in discussions with a Sub-Saharan African Government (the Client) to assist in its efforts to mobilize private sector participation via Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) for the upgrade; expansion; operation and maintenance of its largest airports; through a transparent and competitive bidding process (the “Project”). To support its advisory mandate; IFC is seeking to hire a technical consultancy firm (the Consultant) to provide advice on the technical and commercial aspects of the Project. The Consultant will be expected to support IFC throughout the project preparation (e.g. due diligence); structuring; and tendering stages up until the signature of project agreements between the Client and selected private sector partners.
