Pre-feasibility Study of Renewable Supply Options for District Heating in Coal Mining RegionsThe Bank is seeking to assess the potential of transitioning heating systems in two coal mining regions in North Macedonia and Kosovo to renewable energy sources with the objective to reduce carbon emissions; increase energy efficiency; and enhance sustainability. The procurement concerns consulting services to conduct a comprehensive analysis of renewable supply options for district heating in North Macedonia's Bitola region and Kosovo's Pristina region (Pristina; Fushe Kosove; Obiliq) with the aim to define a follow on feasibility study of optimal investments.
