The objective of the EdTech Readiness for Technical Education; Vocational and Entrepreneurship Training institutions (ETRI-VET) is to provide information on the extent to which education technologies (EdTech) are integrated into the delivery of technical training. The tool is designed to help guide countries' efforts to use EdTech to alleviate learning disparities; using data collected about the practices across three pillars in the education system: devices; connectivity and instructors.The purpose of this consultancy is to collect data from TEVET institutions in Zambia using the Institutional Survey and In-Person Visit Guide and deliver a clean dataset.  The survey will be administered by phone to a nationally representative sample of training institutions and the In-Person Observation Guide will be used to collect observations on visits to a small number of institutions in the sample.
