In-depth analysis of sustainable tourism enterprise development opportunities and constraints; and development of technical assistance plan for delivery of business development services towards sustainable and competitive tourism in Marine Protected Areas (MPAs) in Indonesia. The purpose of this assignment is to provide the World Bank and MMAF with the analysis necessary to design an effective Technical assistance package to ensure tourism micro; small; and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) within MPAs are i) operating sustainably (meaning without threat to biodiversity or other environmental factors; and consistent with MPA management plans); and ii) bankable and able to access finance; also consistent with the requirements of MPA management plans.
