IFC shall be mandated to structure a Hospital Complex PPP for a state in Brazil.Thereafter; it shall seek to hire a legal consultant for the whole modelling/structuring process; entailing; but not limited; to the following activities:- Legal Due Diligence- Draft of bidding documents (RFP; concession agreement and technical annexes)- Support during the bidding stage (Q&As)- Support in potential administrative/judicial litigations (such as injunctions entered into by potential bidders)

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.

The World Bank reserves the right to reject any or all responses without recourse.
