The World Bank invites firms to submit technical and financial proposals from qualified companies to provide Outsourced Labor Services for the World Bank Office, IFC Johannesburg.

Pre-proposal Conference will be held on December 11, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. local time.

Contractor Requirements:

•Must have continuously provided outsourced labor services to commercial or business facilities in Johannesburg, ideally for international or diplomatic organizations, for the past five (5) years.

•Must demonstrate an annual revenue from outsourced labor services exceeding ZAR 6,000,000.00 for the years 2023, 2022, and 2021.

•Must attest to possessing all required licenses, permits, and documentation necessary to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards within the service jurisdiction.
