The World Bank Group seeks a SharePoint Permissions and Governance Management Solution to enhance the management of SharePoint permissions, ensuring compliance with privacy policies and addressing information security risks. The solution should enable users to understand, evaluate, manage, and extract data on permissions, meeting key stakeholder requirements for usability, security, and the ability to assess, manage, revoke, and review permissions.

It must include industry-standard documentation, training, security, and support services, and be operable with standard operational procedures. Additionally, the solution should meet scalability, security, resilience, and availability goals.
