World Bank Group is seeking an Offeror to provide a comprehensive, strategic FP&A solution to optimize and integrate current fragmented business planning solutions across IBRD, IFC, and MIGA.
To deliver on the WBG’s Integrated Business Planning Solution, the offering shall include a technology platform, the associated implementation services, and on-going support services, as outlined below:
The platform shall provide capability for:
- Ability to achieve on end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance management
- Scale and adapt in centralized way to manage budget plans across various funding sources.
- Better integration with WBG’s systems and third-party applications across different domains.
- Automation and AI-driven solutions will support eliminating bottlenecks and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Eliminate manual computations risks of versioning, data loss, compliance issues, etc.
The implementation services shall include project management, detailed design, implementation and configuration, training, and post-implementation support to deliver the integrated business planning solution, as outlined in Scope of Work.
The Offeror shall provide on-going maintenance and support services for the solution including professional services support as needed.
