The World Bank Group invites qualified companies to express their interest in providing proposals associated with Global Partnership for Education (GPE) requirements for creative campaign and public relations for its next strategic plan.

The firm will provide creative and strategic support for the fundraising campaign. This will include public relations support and the design and production of key communications assets. 

The firm will need to demonstrate its global reach into key donor markets and its ability to tailor messaging and communications to specific key audiences of decision makers and influencers.

The firm will report to External Relations Team leadership and work closely with the Campaigns lead, communications, global advocacy and donor relations teams as well as other parts of the GPE Secretariat as required.

The Deliverables  are expected to start in Q1 2025 and run until Q2 2026.

The contract will be awarded following competitive selection based on technical and financial proposals (RFP) to the highest evaluated technically capable provider. 

Companies must meet the following requirements to be eligible to participate in the technical evaluation:

- Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues as set in the RFP for work similar to the Statement of Work.  

- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing strategic communications, branding and design needs of 100+ employee organizations; demonstrated creativity

- Political acumen, exceptional messaging and creative communication production skills, eye for opportunities and taking innovative ideas to scale.

- Experience developing and guiding creative fundraising campaigns with global reach

- Demonstrable experience crafting identity branding in the international development sector or comparable sectors

- Global reach and insights into key donor markets, market intelligence

- Ability to deliver timely and high-quality results under tight deadlines.

- Experience in multilingual brand development (English and French required; Arabic, Japanese, German desired)- Must accept the draft contract proposed by WBG as is. 

- Any other requirements stated in the RFP.
