You may use the following text: International Finance Corporation (“IFC”) as part of the World Bank Group, in Jakarta, Indonesia would like to procure services of a general contractor (GC) to refurbish its office floors, located on the 9th floor of the Stock Exchange Tower, Jakarta, Indonesia. This property measures 14,348 sq. ft.
The premises requires a refurbishment to comply with IFC guidelines for space, health, COVID-19 guidelines, safety, security, IT and working environment improvement.
The selected GC will perform the work according to IFC specifications; the works will include, but not limited to, interior fit-out and finishing works, i.e., floors, ceilings, partitions, doors and frames, fixtures, heating ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) system, mechanical, electrical & plumbing (MEP) system, fire protection systems, security, IT, etc.
Bidders must meet all mandatory criteria to be eligible for technical evaluation.
A walkthrough of the site will take place on 27 November 2023, 10 am Jakarta, Indonesia time. The proposal submission deadline is 20 December 2023, only electronic copy will be accepted.
