This RFI is issued for the purpose of obtaining information concerning market conditions and vendor capability in order to allow the World Bank to refine its requirements and to better understand the products/services currently available on the commercial market place. Specifically companies that have knowledge of the industry domain in processing pension documents.

The Pension department invests in a multi-asset class portfolio of assets that include investments in private equity, real assets, and private credit funds. These investments entail ongoing administration involving tracking, sourcing and recording relevant information from various documents shared by the funds. The team is currently seeking information from the marketplace on off-the-shelf tools and/or software’s that are designed to provide automated data extraction, intelligent document processing (IDP) and/or document management capabilities to enhance middle office and front office processes.
