The World Bank Group’s (WBG) Enterprise Architecture (EA) team is requesting market information for an Enterprise Business Process Intelligence solution to deliver modern and forward-looking capabilities to support the growing needs of the Business Process Management (BPM) practice in several major areas: : business process modeling, process mining, process simulation, value stream mapping, user journey, an industry-standard BPM metamodel and BPMN, GenAI-driven BPM functionality, integration, reporting and analysis.
