As the World Bank Group’s (WBG) priorities continue to evolve, it is important to also transform our organizational culture of careers and enhance the WBG’s Employee Value Proposition – by reinforcing the importance of continuous learning, providing greater clarity of skills needed for their development, improving the visibility of assignment opportunities, and enhancing our ability to deploy talent to where they are needed most.
Against this backdrop, WBG is looking for a vendor with the capability and demonstrated global experience of providing an HR technology solution designed to support
- Holistic career development and assignment planning;
- Enable greater internal talent mobility and improve the visibility of opportunities, projects, assignments (short and long-term), and potential experience maps and career paths; and
- Create an evolving repository of the skills, competencies and proficiencies that exist in the organization.
Offerors must have a track record of working with HR departments and developing solutions in the talent, career development, career mobility and learning space.

The World Bank Group (WBG) will disclose or exchange certain proprietary and confidential information, and they desire that the recipient keep such information confidential, and use it only in connection with the following purposes: To participate in an RFP process whereby, Offeror will be given access to the relevant WBG internal “Official Use Only” or “Confidential” documents.  A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required prior to releasing the solicitation.  Parties will receive the NDA via email and will be required to return the signed NDA prior to receiving the solicitation documentation.
