Assignment Title: 1269473 - Framework Agreements (FA) for Management Consulting Services

ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

The World Bank Group (WBG) wishes to engage the services of qualified management consulting firms which have the capability to provide a broad range of expertise needed to support the WBG’s operational and administrative work.

Typical service areas include, but are not limited to:

•       Strategy development; operating model development and implementation

•       Organizational architecture, process and service delivery model assessment

•       Business process/performance improvement; organizational alignment and restructuring; cost efficiency and function optimization

•       Change management and transformation

•       Risk Management; governance and control systems and processes;

•       Internal audit reviews of risk management, control and governance processes of WBG institutions

The selected firms  shall be available to provide the services on an as-needed basis.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services.  Interested firms must provide information indicating that they have the required expertise and capability (profile of firm, description of similar assignments, experience in providing services to similar organizations as WBG, availability of appropriate skills among staff etc.).

Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB.

NOTES

Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals.

Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.

 

The WBG reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$250,000.  Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
